Delivery Information
We process orders as quickly as possible and aim to ship within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery (3-5 business days) – Available across the UK
  • Expedited Delivery (1-2 business days) – Optional at an additional cost

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping option. We reserve the right to change shipping rates without prior notice, but fees applicable at the time of your order will be honored.

Tracking and Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. Conditions for Returns
    We accept returns on most products within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be:
  • Unused and in original condition
  • Packaged in the original box or packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation

We do not accept returns of perishable, personalized, or gift card items unless they are faulty.

  • Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.
  1. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
  • We recommend a tracked and insured service. GROOCAMP cannot be held liable for lost or damaged returns.
  1. Refund and Exchange Process
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
  1. Faulty or Incorrect Items
    If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately at support@groocamp.co.uk. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
  2. Damaged Items in Transit
    If your item arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and notify us as soon as possible with photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue promptly.
