1. Delivery Policy

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.

1.2 Delivery Options

We offer several delivery options at checkout:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 working days

  • Express UK Delivery: 1–2 working days

  • Free Delivery: Available for orders over a specified amount (as stated on the website)

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier disruption).

2. Returns Policy

2.1 Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To initiate a return, you must notify us in writing (email is sufficient).

2.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging and labels

  • Be returned within 14 days of cancellation notification

  • Include proof of purchase (e.g. order number or invoice)

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., plants, food)

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened (e.g., grooming tools)

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

2.4 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs and will cover the cost of returning faulty goods.

2.5 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note:

  • Original delivery charges are only refunded if the full order is returned.

  • We reserve the right to deduct an amount if the product has been handled more than necessary.
