Refund Policy

At GROOCAMP, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods for a full refund, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email is acceptable) within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and in its original condition
Include all original packaging and labels
Be returned with valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
Returns must be sent within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
Customised or personalised products
Sealed hygiene products that have been opened
Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos and will cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Please note:
Original delivery charges will only be refunded if the entire order is returned.
We may deduct from your refund if the product has been handled in a way that reduces its value.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

We will send you return instructions. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Use a tracked delivery method to ensure safe return.
